They do hold the weight without tearing open during a workout. They are very comfortable to wear and very strong. They are holding up great for as long as I been using them. No, I am not a muscle man using them for 200 lbs. or more. Could last a lifetime!

If you use them for lower extremity it's great. Recommend to my female clients! For myself, I don't like them for heavier resistance on cables while using on the wrist. Overall worth having in the gym bag for most. Good purchase.

We've only had them for a couple weeks but they are sturdy and seem well made. We do put a lot of stress on them with weights on a cable machine. The velcro straps stay secure. They could be a bit more padded, but this is not a complaint. We would recommend this product.
