How it works
The system
4 steps
Zip our VPX Power Hitting Sleeve over any bat of choice. Attach any resistance band (not included) to either one of the D-ring clips. Now take a dry swing and hold your swing at the point of contact for atleast 2 seconds per swing. Work your lower half into each rep and focus upon a stronger "contact hold" position. Do this for 10min a day in varying degrees of drill work.
